When we feel a challenge, we reach for Psalms, and when we celebrate, we reach for Psalms.  The words of David have stood with us through time as they allow us to enter the human heart and walk around.  Together we will explore some of the Psalms and how the images, words and themes speak to our lives today with relevance.

Join Rachael for this four week course as she shows us the value Psalms offer to our lives.

Jewish ‘mindfulness,’ timeless ethics and personal empowerment combine into the School of Mussar.  This four week course introduces us to ancient Jewish approaches that teach us how to own our free will, make choices, reduce our stress and heal the world.  It sounds like an impossible achievement but we learn how to take our first steps and open choices we never knew we had.

Because sometimes being a mensch requires a methodology. No previous Mussar study required.
